he Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine of the Université de Montréal invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We are looking for an ambitious individual who stands out in the field of RNA biology and intends to develop a strong research program with the goal of gaining a deep mechanistic understanding of biological processes through structural, integrative, genomic, and/or quantitative approaches. The successful candidate will consolidate the research axes of the department, as well as those of the basic science sector of the Faculty of Medicine. We also invite applications from specialists who combine basic research with aspects of RNA-oriented translational research.
